Your Questions – Answered! Do you fit or assemble my unit?

In a series of blogs, we’re answering your top Shelfstore queries and breaking them down in the simplest way.

Most of our Shelfstore questions and answers can be found on our FAQ’s page – where we’ve put together a total of 60 frequently asked questions. But we thought – why stop there? We’ve made it even easier for you by breaking down some of our most important questions into blogs.

Today’s question is: ‘Do you fit or assemble my unit?’

The answer to this is no. We supply to customers throughout the UK and do not offer a fitting service because the Shelfstore units are very simple to assemble.

To help ease your mind and show you how easy it really is, we’ve put together a number of videos with some fitting instructions. Whatever you’ve ordered, there will be a video to help you.

You’ll find these fitting instructions videos on our website under the ‘Customer Support’ section where it says ‘Videos’ (see below).

Some components have separate fitting instructions videos which can be found in the ‘Components & Ordering’ section – all you have to do is click on the relevant component you have a query about (see below). Along with the video we have also provided a PDF to help explain further.

Having an electric screwdriver is just a bonus and will make the job done a whole lot easier – and faster!

If you have any queries or are looking for some advice then we are only a phone call away and are always more than happy to help. For all queries call us on 01628 782642.

Once you’ve put your system together don’t forget to send us a picture of your finished shelving – we’d love to see what you’ve created and how you’ve made the most of your space! Simply tweet your pictures to @Shelfstore or message us on Facebook.
